HOW LONG IS A RECITAL?

Our recitals are typically 1 hour long - enough to showcase our students’ talents but not too long where people are wanting to leave early!

WHAT SHOULD YOU WEAR TO A RECITAL?

Performers are expected to wear semi-formal while avoiding very bright colors or distracting designs. When in doubt, concert black is the norm. Audience members are welcome to wear semi-casual or whatever is convenient.

HOW do i prepare for a recital?

We recommend performing in front of as many people and as frequently as possible leading up to the recital date! It also helps to frequently self record for review.
